Exchange and Refund Period

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, consumers are entitled to a seven-day appreciation period of goods upon arrival. If the product size is not the same, the wrong product is sent, or the product itself is defective, it can be exchanged during this period. OUMOS will send the order and invoice separately seven days after the delivery is completed. Kindly refer to the following return policy details.

Return Policy

The following may affect your return rights:

(1) Under the circumstance that does not affect your inspection of the product, if the product tag is removed or the product is dismantled due to improper personal disassembly, resulting in defects, damages, scratches, dirt, incomplete or unsaleable goods, returns will not be accepted.

(2) Once the product is used and washed, no return will be accepted for any reason. Personal hygiene products and consumables will not be returned after unpacking unless new defect is found.

(3) The returned product (including the product itself, shell and all accessories, container) must be complete. If the returned product itself or accessories, shell, etc. are incomplete, the return will not be accepted.

(4) If the gift that comes with the goods is not returned, the return will not be accepted.

Refund period

From the moment you received your order, you have 7 days to initiate a return for your item. After receiving your return shipment, we aim to process the return within 7 days (sometimes it might take a bit longer during busy periods). After this, you will automatically received an email from us once your return item has been processed.If the article meets our return conditions, you will received your refund within 7 to 10 working days.
